Delhi Jaipur Same Day Return – (250 km / 5 hours)
Depart Delhi drive to Jaipur (250 km, 5 hours). Enjoy the beautiful landscape, rural life enroute. Jaipur, also known as the Pink City is world famous for its colorful bazaars, handicrafts, jewellery, precious stones, carpets and block printing. Visit The huge Amer Fort which is 11 km before Jaipur. Ride an elephant to reach the gates of the fort. Later proceed to visit the City Palace in the afternoon, which is still the formal residence of the royal family.The City Palace houses a vast variety of artefacts, uniforms, weapons, knives, swords, water containers used for generations by the Royal Family of Jaipur.
We also visit Jantar Mantar, a stone observatory, which is the largest of Jai Singh’s five remarkable observatories. Experience the use of Sun Dial to depict accurate time using the rays of the sun, see other astronomical instruments constructed by Maharaja Jai Singh.
As we drive through the streets of Jaipur, take a panoramic of the Hawa Mahal. In the afternoon take a walk through the colorful Bazaar of Jaipur and visit a factory to see the famous block printing work, which is a specialty of Jaipur.
In the evening we drive back to Delhi.
